Discovery Call
We begin by conducting a discovery call with our clients to understand their talent requirements, organizational culture, and strategic objectives.
Training & Selection
This process includes several steps such as interviews, screening, and talent sourcing. Once candidates are selected, they receive training to prepare them for their roles.
Offer Management
Once our clients have chosen their preferred candidate, we assist with offer management, including salary negotiations, contract preparation, and onboarding.
Kickoff & Placement
We start with a kickoff meeting to understand the client’s needs. Then, we find and vet top candidates. Once selected, we handle offer negotiations, contracts, and onboarding to ensure a seamless placement process.
1.Upon the successful placement of a candidate, the client is required to remit the full payment within 10 days of receiving the invoice. The invoice will be issued after the candidate has commenced employment.
2. The service charges are subject to 13% applicable VAT.

4.Payment shall be accepted through various methods, including cash,cheque,bank deposits, and online transactions. Please ensure that all payments are made using any of these approved methods to facilitate timely and accurate processing.
