Frequently Asked Questions

What is the service fee?

Through our commission-based headhunting module of a percent basis commission, where 10% of annual gross salary of the candidates as one time payment of junior , mid and senior level is taken as commission for hiring period of around 15 days, after placement from the company.

What's our payment process?

  • Upon successful placement, the client is obligated to remit the entire payment within a period of 10 days upon receipt of the invoice, which will be issued following the candidate's commencement of employment.

  • The service charges are subject to 13% applicable VAT.

  • Talentsathi understands and respects the internal company policies of the client but does not consider the trial/probation period as a barrier to payment clearance.

  • Payment shall be accepted via cash, cheque, bank deposits and online payments.

Is there Replacement & Refund Policy?

TalentSathi provides guarantees a replacement if a new hire leaves voluntarily or is terminated for genuine reasons within 3 months of joining. TalentSathi will provide another free replacement at no extra cost within 30 days, failure to do so full refund is provided to client or can be settled in other.
