The role required an individual capable of managing recruitment pipelines, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, handling onboarding processes, and supporting recruitment operations through strong organizational and communication skills.

After a thorough screening and evaluation process, Seikh Abdus Sami was selected for the position.

Sami brings practical experience in human resource operations and recruitment support through his role as Human Resources Assistant at Gandhi & Associates, where he actively participated in recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, attendance management, payroll preparation, and employee documentation.
